Course Evaluation Excerpts

S.J. was wonderful this semester given that we had so many days canceled due to weather. She was able to modify our course content and encourage students in their non-profit projects. It was a real-world application in class that was very beneficial even with the hiccups that some groups experienced. (ENGL 459- in person)

I appreciate the understanding and available information for all types of students. Course subject was nicely explained in different ways to make learning accessible to everyone. (ENGL 320- asynchronous online)

Weekly emails and agendas were awesome. Quick email replies were also great. I felt comfortable asking when I needed feedback. When course objectives were presented in flowery language, Ms Williamson broke it down to simple terms and examples so everyone would understand. Ms Williamson gave all students the tools to be successful in the class. I liked how all the assignments all built off each other. Ms Williamson was a great teacher who made everyone feel valued and seemed to care about making everyone a better writer. I would recommend her to anyone needing to take 120. (ENGL 120- in person)
